Our structure is Founder Centrism

Traditional Corporate Governance is basically a collection of mechanisms, processes and relations utilised by a broad base of parties to control and operate a company, through the distribution of responsibilities and powers through parties such as board of directors, managers, shareholders, creditors, auditors, regulators and the like.

 

This methodology does not fit within the Founder Centrism structure incorporated within eValidate.

 

The adoption and implementation of a Founder Centrism structure ensures and maintains a narrowing of the separation between ownership and control and where the traditional checklist of best practices are inapplicable.

 

The Founder Centrism structure is better suited to long-term value creation within eValidate. Founder Centrism, integrates the capacity of founder and non-founder senior leadership to adopt an owner's mindset in traditionally structured corporations and this is better suited to eValidate.
